The Hong Kong Tourism Board terms and conditions for the 2026 festival, published on discoverhongkong.com, state the event runs from 29 October to 1 November 2026 at the Central Stage, Central Harbourfront Event Space and Tamar Park, and HKTB reported more than 340 booths for this edition. General admission is HK$40, with tasting tokens and passes sold separately, and the programme includes the Grand Wine Pavilion, chef led Tasting Room sessions, masterclasses and live music by Victoria Harbour.
