About this event
The organiser Informa Markets states in its HOFEX 2027 brochure, opened on hofex.com in this pass, that the show returns to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 10 to 12 May 2027, uniting more than 32,000 trade buyers with more than 2,000 international exhibitors and brands. Sectors cover food and drinks, bakery and specialty coffee, confectionery and tea, kitchen equipment and hospitality technology. This is a trade only event.
