About this event
CHAT's website lists Seed to Textile 2026: Costumes of Vivid Currents from 14 November 2026 to 28 February 2027 at CHAT in The Mills, Tsuen Wan. The exhibition looks back on the 2026 edition of CHAT's flagship community project, which has connected nature, textiles and art since 2019. It presents sustainable garments created over the past year by Seeders led by Hong Kong fashion designer Yeung Chin, Indian dance artist Neesha Jhaveri and Hong Kong choreographer Wong Sui Lun Alan, using natural dyes, hand-dyed fabrics, preloved clothing and block-printed textiles co-created by more than 10,000 participants.
