Clockenflap 2026: a guide to the harbourfront festival weekend

Hong Kong's outdoor music festival returns to Central Harbourfront from 4 to 6 December 2026, with keshi, Hayley Williams and Slowdive leading the first wave. Tickets, the lineup so far, and how to plan the three days.

Clockenflap is the weekend Hong Kong's music calendar builds towards at the end of the year: three days of outdoor stages on the Central Harbourfront, with the skyline behind the main stage and the harbour in front of it. The 2026 edition runs from Friday 4 to Sunday 6 December at the Central Harbourfront Event Space, confirmed in the festival's own announcement; our event page carries the listing and the source it was checked against.

The lineup so far

The festival has announced its first wave, and the shape of each day is already clear. Alt-R&B singer keshi headlines Friday. Hayley Williams, the Paramore singer playing her solo show, headlines Saturday. Shoegaze band Slowdive play Sunday. Also on the first wave bill: Queens of the Stone Age, Malcolm Todd, HYUKOH, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Kim Gordon, DOMi & JD BECK, Digable Planets, Sleaford Mods and Marcel Dettmann, with more names still to come. The full announcement, with the day splits as the festival publishes them, is on the festival site.

More than the stages

Clockenflap has always been a festival as much as a concert series. Alongside the multiple stages, the festival's announcement promises art installations, family workshops and performances, and food and drink from some of the city's best loved outlets. The site is flat, open and easy to move around, which makes it workable with children in the daytime in a way most festival fields are not.

Tickets

Tickets are sold exclusively through Ticketflap, the festival's own platform. General admission is HK$1,380 for a single day and HK$2,180 for the three day weekend; under 18 tickets are HK$980 for a day and HK$1,680 for the weekend. The public sale opened on 10 October. Buy through Ticketflap only: a festival of this size draws resale listings at marked up prices, and the festival's ticketing information names Ticketflap as the sole seller.

Planning the weekend

The harbourfront sits between Central and Admiralty, and the way in is the MTR or on foot along the waterfront; our getting there guide and the Central guide cover the district. December is also the start of the festive season on the same stretch of harbour: WinterFest in Central (its 2026 dates are labelled tentative on its page until the Tourism Board publishes the edition in full) and the AIA Carnival, which opens on the harbourfront on 22 December. Hotels in Central, Admiralty and Wan Chai put you walking distance from the gates; Tsim Sha Tsui, one harbour crossing away, is the usual alternative, and the hotels page weighs the districts for event weekends. Evenings by the water turn cool, so the layer you carry in is the one you will be glad of by the last set.
